Join the ORR Athletic Booster Club!
The ORR Athletic Booster Club, a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting ORR’s sports teams, welcomes all parents of ORR student-athletes. The ORRABC was formally organized in 2004 and has raised over $175,000 for student-athlete college scholarships, team championship awards, team uniforms and logowear, athletic equipment and facility improvements. Some of the club’s future plans include further improvements to the school’s athletic facilities and the creation of an ORR athletics hall of fame. With the support of the ABC, ORR has one of the most successful Division III athletic program in the entire state, winning the Boston Globe’s prestigious Dalton Award in 2007!
The ABC is comprised of parents of ORR student-athletes who recognize the benefits of a well-rounded high school experience and a strong and well-supported athletic program. The ABC meets once a month throughout the academic year and sponsors several annual fundraising events. The ABC is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of the Club’s President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, 3 at-large Directors, the Past President, and the Athletic Director.
